Defeating Fire?

Before I commence, I will discuss to you my learning experience that we have tackled yesterday in BST on how to prevent fire and how to use a fire extinguisher. I learned that fire is composed of chemical reactions involving rapid oxidation or burning of a fuel and it has three elements to occur. These are the fuel, oxygen and heat. I also learn that there are four types on how to classify a fire namely: Class A which is ordinary combustibles, B is a flammable liquids or gasses, C which is electrical equipment and lastly is D which composed of flammable metals. BSN Gonzales thought us also the way on how to not fight a fire. I know now the types of fire extinguisher based on there own classes which are these: Class A and B indicates how large a fire an experienced person can safely put out with these extinguisher while Class C indicate that the extinguishing agent will not conduct electrical current and lastly the Class D which indicate the effectiveness on certain amounts of specific metals. So that are the classes, we now come to there appearance which is this: ABC-rated multipurpose dry powder extinguishers, these are common in any campus, particularly in the corridors of academic buildings. They are always red color and have either long narrow hose or no hose. These extinguishers are very light Halon extinguishers look virtually identical to ABC multipurpose dry chemical extinguishers. So these are my idea on how to prevent and distinguish fire.

I hope you enjoy reading my blog... C (“,)
God Bless!
